Basanta Baral is the founder of Kailash Trip Planner, dedicated to creating safe, spiritual, and well-organized journeys to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. With years of experience in Himalayan travel and pilgrimage management, he is committed to helping travelers experience the sacred beauty, culture, and spiritual significance of the Himalayas with trusted guidance and personalized service.
Manager
Santosh khatiwada is manager of our company. He has 10 years of experience in this field. Since 2017 he has been working with us. His ability is to manage complex project. He builds strong relationships with the costumer with his strong communication skills. He deals with costumer about the kailsah tours. He runs Nepal tours, popular places such as Kathamndu, pokhara muktinath, chitwan etc. He stays in the office to great costumer and gives them Details about the tours and service we gave to costumer. Sometime he guide kailash tours. He has been in kailsah for 9 times as a guide and many more too go. In kailsh tours he handles more than 300 people at one time. He manage the all the problem in a simple ways .he never Make costumer in difficult situation. He gives his 100% to calm the environment. He smoothly handle the all situation.
Marketing Manager
Kalpana Koirala Arjyal is the Marketing Manager of our company with over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry and has been working with us for the past 3 years. Her excellent communication skills help customers feel safe, comfortable, and confident throughout their journey. Friendly, energetic, and highly active, she is known for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the tour. Based mainly in the office, she welcomes and assists guests while managing important customer details required for China visa processing. She coordinates closely with the documentation, reception, and accounting departments to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations. Kalpana stays in regular contact with travelers to collect and verify all necessary visa information, making sure every detail is accurate and complete. In addition to her office responsibilities, she occasionally joins Kailash tours to guide and support travelers personally, ensuring all customers remain comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout the parikrama journey.
